Stuff Patched in Revision B

Ashter location bug
Ashter's theme playing in that one room on the surface for some reason
Boss battle song playing with no boss present in western engine room (Also the wrong music)
Treton-surface miscoloring (and room after when has no jump)
Purple door in vertical room near jump item no longer kills the player upon contact :)
Changed enemy placement in the vertical room with the purple door near the jump item
Menu confusion when enabling and disabling the jump item
